Eligibility for Free & Reduced Entry

Free Entry

    • English Heritage Members: Free admission.
    • National Trust (England) Members: Free admission.
    • Children under 5: Free admission.
    • Carers: One carer or essential companion accompanying a disabled visitor is admitted free.

Reduced (Concession) Tickets

A reduced ticket price is available for:

    • Seniors: Visitors aged 65 and over.
    • Students: With a valid student ID card.

How to Book

If you are eligible for free entry, you must still book a ticket online to reserve your timed entry slot. Simply select the "Member" or other relevant free ticket type during the booking process.
